Otto cannot block anything without Screen Time permission. Open Settings inside the app and check that Screen Time access says Allowed. If it says Not allowed, tap it and accept Apple's prompt. If you refused it once, iOS will not ask again: turn it on in the iPhone's own Settings, under Screen Time.
Otto counts the seconds you actually spend in the apps you picked, starting when you tap through the shield. Time in other apps is not counted, and neither is time with the phone locked.
Greyscale is done with two Shortcuts that live on your phone, called Greyscale On and Greyscale Off. If either is renamed or deleted, Otto brings the setup back the next time you tap the ring. Rebuild them exactly as the steps show, spelling included.
No app is allowed to change Color Filters for you, which is why the setup exists. It is Apple's rule, not ours.
Lock Out is on. While a rule is running it cannot be edited or deleted. Turn Lock Out off in Settings, or wait for the rule's window to end.
There is nothing to delete on our side, because we hold nothing. Everything Otto knows lives in a private container on your phone, and deleting the app takes all of it with it.
Tips are Apple's in-app purchases and we never see your payment details. If you were charged and something looks wrong, Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tips unlock nothing, so there is nothing to restore.
